Parks on the Air (POTA) is an international amateur radio programme that encourages operators to set up and operate portable stations from designated parks, nature reserves, and protected areas. Each site has a unique reference number — Guernsey references use the GG- prefix.

GARS activates a different Guernsey park on the second Sunday of each month, starting April 2026. Hunters worldwide can log contacts with our stations via pota.app.
