Regular Activities
Antenna Installation Working Party
Date To Be ConfirmedWhen the weather permits, we will arrange a working party to install the club’s antennas. Please keep a watch for confirmed dates and times on the GU3HFN groups.io page.
RSGB 3.5MHz Club Championship Contests
Monday Evenings from 26 March 2026 — 19:30–21:30 (not every Monday)Starting Monday 26 March 2026, the club shack will be open each Monday evening from 19:30–21:30 for members who would like to try a short SSB contest session.
Other modes (CW, Data, etc.) are also available each Monday for members who wish to operate.
Parks On The Air (POTA)
Monthly POTA Activations
Second Sunday of Each Month, from April 2026GARS plans to operate provisionally starting on the second Sunday in April, and then on the second Sunday of each month, activating a different park each time. Further details will be circulated ahead of each activation.
